By using Mozzybee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
- Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Services
Mozzybee offers digital access to the following services:
- Airtime and data top-ups
- Electricity and bill payments
- Daily spin-to-win rewards
- Pi-to-cash exchange
- Crypto educational games and quizzes
- Real-time chat and support
- Receipt and payment confirmations
All transactions are powered using Pi Network cryptocurrency and governed by network consensus rules.
- Payment Policy
- Payments must be made using only Pi as specified.
- Once a transaction is confirmed and completed, it cannot be reversed.
- Screenshots must be clear, unaltered, and submitted only once. Duplicate uploads are automatically rejected.
- Fair Use
Users are expected to use the platform responsibly. Fraudulent transactions, repeated complaints without merit, or system manipulation (such as using fake screenshots or bots) may lead to suspension.
- Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy. Your information is only used to complete transactions and improve your experience. Screenshots and emails may be stored for auditing or dispute resolution.
- Limitation of Liability
Mozzybee is not liable for delays, failed transactions, or losses due to user error, Pi Network downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
- Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use after changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
